I can say without hesitation that this year by far has been the best handling of our snow cleaning and removal that we have had in the almost 6 years I have been in YOW. We faced literally record-breaking snowfall in over 100 years and we managed with Patrick, Dale and their team to remain operational, both in the station and on the ramp with one of our heaviest volume days from key accounts. The guys were focused, stayed in communication and kept on top of any emergency we needed to be corrected.
